Clinic Guidelines
Appointment Policy
Patients should arrive on time for scheduled telehealth appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling depending on the amount of time remaining.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule in advance. Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and fail to cancel in accordance with the practice cancellation policy will be charged a $40 no-show fee.
Medication Refill Policy
Medication refills should be requested before medications run out. Some medications require a scheduled follow-up appointment before another prescription can be issued.
Controlled Medication Policy
StrongMind does not prescribe benzodiazepines or stimulant medications. Buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone®) is the only controlled medication prescribed and is limited to patients participating in the MAT program.
MAT Treatment Agreement
Patients participating in MAT may be required to review and sign a separate treatment agreement outlining medication safety, monitoring, appointment expectations, drug screening, and refills.
