Buprenorphine/Naloxone (Suboxone®) Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder
StrongMind Mental Health Services LLC provides confidential, evidence-based treatment for adults experiencing opioid use disorder. MAT combines medication management with ongoing clinical monitoring, recovery support, and referrals when appropriate.

What to Expect
Your initial MAT appointment includes an evaluation of your opioid use history, previous treatment, current medications, medical and psychiatric history, recovery goals, and overall treatment needs.
A Suboxone® prescription is not guaranteed simply by scheduling an appointment. Medication is prescribed after clinical evaluation and only when appropriate.
Clinical Monitoring & Safety
Drug screening may be required as part of treatment monitoring. The state prescription monitoring program is reviewed for safe management. Patients also receive education regarding naloxone and overdose prevention.

Telehealth MAT
MAT appointments are available through secure telehealth for eligible patients. Certain situations may require laboratory testing, drug screening, or referral to a higher level of care.
MAT Medication Policy
Buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone®) is the only controlled medication prescribed by StrongMind Mental Health Services LLC. StrongMind does not prescribe benzodiazepines or stimulants. Patients must disclose medications prescribed by other healthcare providers.
Drug Screening
Drug screening may be required when clinically appropriate as part of treatment monitoring. Unexpected results will be reviewed with the patient and addressed according to individual clinical circumstances.
Prescription Monitoring
The state prescription monitoring program may be reviewed as part of safe medication management.
Refills
Patients should attend scheduled appointments and request refills according to their treatment plan. Replacement of lost medication is not guaranteed.
Naloxone
Patients receiving treatment for opioid use disorder will receive education regarding naloxone and overdose prevention.
