Who does StrongMind treat?

StrongMind provides psychiatric services to adults age 18 and older.

Are appointments online?

Yes. StrongMind primarily provides services through secure telehealth.

Do you prescribe stimulants?

No. StrongMind does not prescribe stimulant medications such as Adderall®, Vyvanse®, Ritalin®, or Concerta®.

Do you prescribe benzodiazepines?

No. StrongMind does not prescribe benzodiazepines such as Xanax®, Klonopin®, Ativan®, or Valium®.

Do you prescribe controlled medications?

Buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone®) is the only controlled medication prescribed by StrongMind and is prescribed only through the MAT program for opioid use disorder when clinically appropriate.

Do you provide Suboxone treatment?

Yes. Eligible adults may receive buprenorphine/naloxone treatment for opioid use disorder following a comprehensive MAT evaluation.

Is Suboxone guaranteed at the first appointment?

No. All medication decisions are based on clinical evaluation and medical necessity.

Will I need drug testing for MAT?

Drug screening may be required when clinically appropriate as part of treatment monitoring.

Can I receive psychiatric care and MAT from StrongMind?

Yes. Patients may receive psychiatric care and MAT through the same practice when clinically appropriate.

What if I have an emergency?

StrongMind Mental Health Services LLC is an outpatient telehealth practice and does not provide emergency services. Patients experiencing an immediate medical or psychiatric emergency should seek emergency medical care.
